Essential Oils For Locas! Healthy ways to manage stress.

A year ago we thought, we have GOT to do something to manage our stress and help our gente handle theirs! So we came up with a workshop. We have been invited to facilitate this workshop all over the country and will continue to do so publicly and privately in 2019. We are so proud of the work we are doing. But, we recently read some numbers that made us want to work even harder!

Since 2007, the American Psychological Association has commissioned an annual nationwide survey as part of its Mind/Body Health campaign to examine the state of stress across the country and understand its impact.

In 2018, 3 out of 4 (the share of Americans who report experiencing at least one stress symptom in a month!)

  • 45% report lying awake at night,
  • 36 %percent report feeling nervous or anxious 34 percent report fatigue due to stress
  • 35% percent report irritability or anger
