Are you ready to open your mind, meet new people and set new goals?
2020 has been a beast, but the truth is, we all go through struggles, no matter what is happening in the world! Life will always present challenges and opportunities. If you master your mind, you’ll master your life. You will determine if challenges will stop you or make you strong. No matter where you are, or where you have been, life can actually be “all good.” You can really be “living your best life!”
Grab a chance to sharpen your business and or personal skills.
Mastermind groups have been around forever! At 21, Benjamin Franklin created a Mastermind group, which he called a “Junto.” It was a diverse group that included printers, a cabinetmaker, a clerk, and a bartender! The Junto led not only to the personal development of each member but also to innovations like, a public hospital and the first public library.
The good life starts in your mind and with getting the help you need to move forward.
The Mastermind group requires, confidentiality, willingness to both give and receive advice and ideas, and a commitment to support each other with total honesty, respect and compassion. Each group member is empowered to speak from experience, as well as from the heart. We realize that as busy people, we don’t always take the time to celebrate the small victories that can lead to big gains over our challenges so… Acknowledgements and celebrations of achievements, are mandatory! Advice is appreciated and criticism is always above all, constructive.
As the facilitator, Living Firme is tasked with making sure that conversations are deep and balanced, and that all Mastermind group meeting agenda items are covered in the time allotted. There are two groups. Each group meets for one hour, every week, for 4 weeks. There are no more than 9 members, plus a Living Firme facilitator.
WHERE DO YOUR GROUPS MEET?
The Business Start-up and Personal Dev Mastermind Groups meet on-line via (zoom) video conference or by phone. Each month we open up the group to new members and meet once a week, for four consecutive weeks.
Imagine being surrounded by people who WANT you to succeed. People that will support your goals, offer strategies, share new perspectives, AND hold you accountable! What progress will you make in your first month?
